Pope has invested over $40 million to maneuver himself into this dream position for a geek ideologue. Now he can put his fantasy ideas into state policy and like the NRA, he’s not afraid to use his political money to intimidate or rub out his opponents. Guess that what they mean by “he calls the shots.”
