Because citizens should own the political process, we want a government that is accessible and accountable to people. In addition to money-in-politics and voting rights, we are concerned about a host of issues that increase citizens’ access to their government (from viewing public records to holding elected office) and that ensure the accountability of public officials to “we, the people.”
